How Henri Got Involved With the Challenger Division
Henri hesitated when Golden Hill Little League asked for volunteers for the Challenger Division. He was not sure what to expect. He decided to show up anyway. That first visit changed everything.
He kept coming back week after week. He helped athletes swing the bat, run the bases, and field grounders. The Challenger Division players started looking forward to seeing him. Henri started looking forward to seeing them.
Then he noticed there were not enough snacks after practice. He started bringing them himself. When he saw how much that small gesture meant to the athletes, he decided he could do more.

How Henri Raised Over $5,600 for the Program
Henri’s first major fundraising effort covered every Challenger athlete’s registration fee for the season. He raised $3,600, enough to remove the cost barrier for every single player who wanted to participate.

What Is the Little League Challenger Division?
