Little League also completed several visitor-facing infrastructure improvements at the broader complex ahead of 2026. These focus on moving large crowds safely and comfortably between the stadiums and attractions.
2027 Fan Plaza – What Is Coming Next
The largest project at the complex is still under development. A new Fan Plaza is scheduled to debut before the 2027 Little League World Series. It will sit between the Flagship Store and the Pavilion.
The plaza will include increased seating, shaded gathering areas, and a dedicated partner and donor recognition area. Its centerpiece is a seven-foot stainless steel globe developed in coordination with the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2025. The globe reflects Little League’s international reach across more than 80 countries.

How Much Does It Cost to Run the Little League World Series?
Little League International operates as a nonprofit. Running its seven World Series tournaments costs more than $12.5 million every year. The Williamsport event alone costs approximately $7.5 million.
